🌟 Testimonials

"I had never been to Isha Yoga Centre before and wanted to truly immerse myself, not just go on a vacation. From the moment I signed up until I returned, everything was perfectly planned. Raju Anna took care of all details—from dips in the sacred kunds, sitting in silence inside Dhyanalinga, Devi Darshan, to Kailasha Vadyam—so we could simply be present and soak it all in. This trip with complete strangers turned into a beautiful experience, with meaningful conversations, fun games, and a guided sadhana near Adiyogi that felt truly special. Thank you, Raju Anna, for making this possible—I’m deeply grateful and hope many more people get to experience the essence of the ashram through trips like this."

Your guidance, thoughtful planning, and patience made everything smooth—from the timings and pre-booked vehicles to answering all our questions. The Nalanda discussions, games, and the sunrise Shambhavi at Adiyogi were unforgettable, and meeting such wonderful people added so much joy. Even the rain couldn’t disturb the flow of the trip. ✨ Trip Highlights

Dhyanalinga

Dhyanalinga: A Gateway to Inner Stillness

Dhyanalinga is a unique meditative space consecrated by Sadhguru, created as a powerful and vibrant energy form that transcends religion, tradition, or belief. Unlike conventional temples, it requires no rituals, prayers, or offerings—just one’s silent presence.

Simply sitting in the Dhyanalinga’s energy field can effortlessly lead a person into deep meditative states and profound inner stillness. Open to all seekers, it offers a rare opportunity to connect with the deeper dimensions of life, regardless of background or spiritual path.

Linga Bhairavi

Linga Bhairavi: Ultimate Manifestation of the Divine Feminine

Linga Bhairavi is a powerful and vibrant manifestation of the Divine Feminine, consecrated to support seekers in all aspects of life—material and spiritual. Radiating intense energy and deep compassion, Devi empowers devotees with clarity, strength, and wellbeing.

To allow devotees to be touched by Devi and her abundant grace, unique rituals designed to support individuals at every step that one takes in one’s life, from birth to death, to everything in-between, are conducted at Devi’s abode.

Adiyogi

Adiyogi: The Source of Yoga

Adiyogi is a 112-foot iconic face of Shiva—recognized as the first yogi and the originator of yoga. This magnificent structure is not just a monument but a spiritual inspiration, symbolizing the potential for every human being to evolve consciously.

Every evening, visitors can witness the Divya Darshan, a powerful light and sound show that narrates the story of Adiyogi and the profound legacy of yoga. Set against the backdrop of the majestic Velliangiri Hills, this experience leaves one deeply touched and inspired to explore the inner dimensions of life.

Suryakund

Theerthakunds: Sacred Water Bodies for Inner Cleansing

The Theerthakunds at the Isha Yoga Center—Surya Kund for men and Chandra Kund for women—are consecrated underground water bodies, energized through powerful yogic processes. Lined with rasalingam and charged with potent energy, they are designed to cleanse and balance the system.

Taking a dip in these sacred pools before entering Dhyanalinga or Linga Bhairavi enhances receptivity, purifies the aura, and prepares the body and mind for deeper spiritual experiences. Even a few moments in these vibrant waters can bring a sense of stillness, clarity, and inner harmony.

Meditation

Meditation at Isha: A Space to Turn Inward

The Isha Yoga Center offers a rare and sacred atmosphere for meditation—where every aspect of the space is designed to support inner stillness and self-exploration. Surrounded by the majestic Velliangiri Hills, the center invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be.

Whether you sit in silence at the Dhyanalinga, soak in the vibrant energy of Linga Bhairavi, or meditate under the vast sky near Adiyogi, the ashram provides an ideal environment for seekers at every stage. With no distractions and the support of consecrated spaces, meditation here naturally deepens, becoming a transformative and enriching experience.

Biksha Hall

Sattvic Meals at Biksha Hall: Nourishment with Grace

At the heart of the Isha Yoga Center’s daily rhythm is Biksha Hall, where thousands are served sattvic meals—simple, wholesome, and freshly prepared food designed to support a yogic lifestyle. Rooted in ancient wisdom, these meals are cooked with care and offered in a meditative atmosphere.

Dining here is more than just eating—it’s a spiritual practice. In silence and gratitude, visitors experience food as prasad, nourishing not only the body but also the mind and energy system.

šŸ–¼ļø Meet Your Guide

I'm Raju from Hyderabad, working as a software developer. I’ve been following Sadhguru for some time, and began my meditation journey in 2020. After doing Inner Engineering in Jan 2023, something shifted deeply within me and life hasn’t been the same since.

Since then, I’ve visited the ashram over 20 times, attended various programs, volunteered, and helped my family, relatives, friends and others experience the space. Every visit brings a sense of clarity and exuberance that’s hard to describe — something truly magical.

With this trip, I wish to offer that possibility to others — to experience something they might not even know is possible. I’m not a teacher or a guide in the traditional sense — I’m simply someone who has tasted something beautiful and wants to share it.
